Gold Post Medal for All Time! 555 Posts I served this as a quick but delicious lunch!
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 3 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 5 oz can Pink Salmon Steaks (in tuna fish aisle)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup broth (I used beef)
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/3 lb fettuccine noodles
Steps:
- Start boiling water for your fettuccine. Add the noodles once it's boiling.
- Mince your 3 cloves while you heat 1/3 cup of olive oil in a pan.
- Add minced garlic to the pan, and cook lightly about one minute. Don't brown.
- Add the salmon to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Mince 1/4 cup parsley and add it to the pan. Stir to warm up mixture for 3 minutes.
- Add the broth to heat.
- Drain the fettuccine and serve the salmon poured on top of the noodles. We ate it all right up and it was really a good lunch!
