These are just what they say they are - easy. I love these potatoes because I think there are few things better than potatoes and Velveeta cheese baked together.
Ingredients:
- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 2 cups cubed Velveeta cheese
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Top with crushed corn flakes. Dribble melted margarine on top. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45-60 minutes.
