Easy Spanish Rice

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• rice
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 small diced onion
• 1 diced green pepper
• 1 can diced chili peppers

Add anything else you want!

Steps:

1. Using your ricer cooker, measure rice for your family. Add all the other ingredients, except tomatoes. Cook the rice as normal.
2. When the rice is done, stir and add tomatoes.

There, fast and easy!

I do mine the same way, but I add a whole can, juice and all, of corn into the dish with an extra half cup of rice. The corn makes it sort of a street rice dish that's flavorful and delicious! You won't be disappointed!
