I believe there is an age cap for that but you should call your local SSI office. Here is the pdf about the benefits including requirements:

Survivor's benefits are only paid to help children/families until a child finishes high school or reaches 18/19 years of age so the answer to your question is no but if you have low income and need help with food or shelter then you may be eligible for some government assistance. Contact your local family services.
