Eligibility for Social Security Survivor Benefits?

If I pass away, my child will get benefits as will her mother (my spouse) as her care giver. If her mother (my widow) too passes away before my baby turns 18, can her half sister (30 yrs old; also my daughter) get that care giver portion of the benefit as she will be the one to provide that care?
