We are wondering how to estimate and what we should charge. We live in Michigan and we will clean walls, floors, and appliances of houses being prepared for rent or sale.

More than likely you should charge by the hour. I'm not sure what the wages are in Michigan, but normally people will charge around $13 an hour to do this type of work.
Have flat rates. The rates will increase as the size of the house increases
