I'm 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 150 pounds. What kind of exercise can I do to get a flat stomach, after having a baby?

Exercises after the birth of your baby
Step 1
Start with crunches (lie on your back, lift up from the waist up, then lie back down.)
Step 2
Eventually work your way up to actual sit-ups.
Step 3
These should help strengthen your abs if your do them every day.
Step 4
Weight loss can help along with exercise.
