I have a 2015 F150 that heats only on the passenger side. The heater core was replaced in 2017 on a recall. I am living in Kimmirut Nunavut, Canada. There are no mechanics available in our area.
Thanks!

You may have trouble with the blend door actuator. There are YouTube videos on how to fix this.
You can check on YouTube for tutorials. This seems like a common problem with the F150.

Blend door, or it can be something else. Example: www.f150forum.com/
There are a lot of forums you can read too.
Do you not still have a warranty on the truck? If you monkey with DYI fixes you will invalidate the warranty!
How far is the dealer from you? It may be worth it to go back and have them look at it. Especially if the truck already had work done as part of a recall.
You may want to call Ford directly and see what they can tell you...there could be yet another recall:

Good luck! Post back what you learn!
There's no Ford dealers on Baffin Island.
If ford decided to fix it they would have to fly a mechanic from Ottawa Ontario. Not likely soon enough for -40 Celsius temps in December. When they replaced the heater core in 2017 after driving the truck all winter with barely enough heat to keep frost off windows.
