My Janome 415 jammed and I dropped the feed dog and removed the bobbin and cleared the jam. The feed dog will not go back up. Is this something I can fix?

Normally you can fix this but it means that you will need to take the bobbin,k casing and plate off the machine to get to the feed dog to put it back in place. It can be a bit tricky to do this but it is not that hard to fix it or get it adjusted again.
if you remove the bobbin, case, and plate you should be able to dislodge the stuck bits, and then it should work again.
