From mom.me:
Roly-polies are detritivores who consume a wide variety of organic material. They primarily consume dead plants or animals, but they will occasionally eat live plants. In captivity, they will thrive on a diet of raw fruit and vegetable slices. Potatoes, carrots, apples and pears are good choices.
Looks like they can eat anything - like grass and leaves. But if you have fresh fruit and vegetables that would be better like carrots, apple skins, lettuce and so forth.

They eat lettuce, squash, strawberries, bananas, mulch, cardboard, apples, pears, carrots, and a couple other things.
They eat apples carrots potatoes lettuce oatmeal
they eat fruits or vegetables and sometime u can crumple up a piece of carboard but make sure it doesn't hav any ink on it or it'll kill the pill bug
