Is white turkey meat OK for my little dog to eat?

As long as you remove the skin and bones from the meat prior to feeding your dog. There's something in the skin of turkey/chicken that is not good for the dogs and the bones are brittle and splintery.
Turkey makes my small dog very sick. Gives him bad diarrhea even a small amount
