Feeding Yellow Finches

Does anyone have advice on the best place to hang a finch feeder? I'd like to attract gold and blue finches to my yard.

I hang mine on a pole about 6 feet off the ground. Near trees is good so they can go to and fro. Other than that, it really doesn't matter. They are on that feeder in a howling rainstorm or windy. They just want the seeds! The cheapest place to buy nyger seed is at HD. (04/08/2010)
