Feeding a 3 Week Old Puppy?

I have a 3 week old Pomeranian that I started bottle feeding when he was a 1 week old due to the momma dog not having enough milk to for the puppy. Now that he is 3 weeks old, sometimes he sleeps over his feeding time. I'm not sure if I could wake him because he isn't crying. A lot of times I'll know when he's hungry or cold because he does whine. So, should I wake him up when it's feeding time or let him sleep?

I personally, would let him sleep if he is sleepy. He needs the rest. Give him a hug for me! I could be wrong, but that is what I would do with my own baby, human or furbaby. :)

we had a mama dog that decided she wanted nothing more to do with feeding her puppies. Not that we could blame her, there were twelve of them. so we now had 12 four-month-old puppies. we cooked up some oatmeal and put milk and a bit of oatmal in tiny dishes and put the puppies to the bowls. We had to sort of push their snouts in but they got the idea pretty quickly.

Each time they got a little oatmeal in their milk and as time when on, we increased the oatmeal. When they got to be about seven weeks we started them on a little puppy food mixed with the oatmeal. They grew fat and sassy. When we took the pups to a pet store and nine weeks, the pet store owner said he had never before seen such healthy puppies.
