We have a very fussy Fox Terrier/Jack Russell. Sugar is 12 months old. She will not eat tin food, but loves her dried snacks (dried kangaroo, chicken, and bacon, along with dried liver). It is becoming very expensive buying food that she does not eat. When we give her home cooked meals, she will only eat the meat and not the veggies. She is not eating her kibble as much either. Even when she is hungry, she won't eat what we give her. Does anyone have a suggestion? We can't keep feeding her dried snacks.

Keep giving her want you intend her to eat. Put it in front of her and give her half an hour to have at it. When she doesn't, remove it. Put it back in front of her at the next mealtime and do the same. Eventually she will be trained to know she can't be so choosy. It works.
No dog has ever starved itself to death. When he gets hungry enough, he will eat. You are the boss; remember that.
If they throw up bile because stomachs empty, then what if they don't then want to eat for sure?
My vet told me once (when I had a picky cat), that after she got hungry enough she would eat it....after about 3 days, she did. I would say, let her pick at it for a few days and see if she improves, but make sure she drinks water. If not, ask your vet.
Could it be a chewing problem? Some pets will not eat some foods that hurt already aching teeth. And other than what answers your got previous this is all I can think of to suggest.
Thanks for that, but she has had no problem chewing of anything.
