My feral mama cat has a litter of 5 kittens that are 4 months old. She's pregnant again. Will she bring her newborns around the 4 month old kittens?

After this litter of kittens, you'll need to try and trap the mother and have her fixed. In the meantime, you'll need to trap all the kitten and try to fix them or find good homes for them. This could be difficult if they are not use to being around people and they are already 4 months old.
She probably will. The issue is that in 2 months the kittens will be ready to reproduce. Cats can have 3 litters a year.
I have a trapper coming this afternoon. We tried trapping them a couple weeks ago, but they wouldn't go near the traps. I've since been feeding them in the traps, so hopefully we'll trap a few today.
If the older kittens are not aggresive she may after they are a few weeks old.
