I write notes constantly, when it becomes overbearing, I throw them in a shoe box. I seldom get back to it when I need to as it is too time consuming.

I have a bulletin board on the back of my pantry door in my kitchen and I keep notes penned up on that I also have one near my computer and I keep sticky notes around my computer I also have sticky notes in my bathroom and I put notes on my mirror I keep notes in my pocket, and I keep a small clipboard in my automobile to write notes on and I also keep writing pens and all these areas to make sure that I have a pen to write with
Instead of throwing them in a shoe box, get a blank journal and some sticky notes or some temporary glue to glue your notes onto the blank pages of a notebook. This way all your notes are in one place, and when no longer useful, just discard the sticky note.
