Financial Assistance With Home Repairs?

I am on SSI disability, so my income is limited. I have a kitchen that doesn't have a lot of cabinet space, and the kitchen faucets are leaking badly. There is so much that needs to be done with my condo. I have a bathroom where the toilet seal needs to be fixed and I don't know what it has done to the floor. There is carpet in the bathroom, so it needs to be taken up. I figure if the toilet has got to come up, the carpet near by should be ripped up and different flooring put down. There have been leaks under the bathroom sinks, and I don't know if there are any problems with the tub, also. I'm on the ground level so any plumbing issues, I usually get the results of it.

There is just so much that needs to be done that I don't know where to go for help. I need someone that will work with me financially or if there is anyone that would help in any way. I really wish I had a home above ground with sunlight and space, but realistically I can't afford a home, they are so expensive. Are there any grants or people that can help? I have a disease I didn't ask for and at this time I'm not in a wheel chair or scooter or anything like that and hopefully I never am. Thanks for any feedback.
