Where can I find some help to repair my dad's house. It is paid for. He did some repairs about 10 years a ago. He suddenly became blind three years ago. The house still needs repairs. Thank you!

You don't say what state you are in. HUD.org has assistance for low-income and handicapped people. Go to their website to find out more.

Also known as the Section 504 Home Repair program, this provides loans to very-low-income homeowners to repair, improve or modernize their homes or grants to elderly very-low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards.
There are many places to ask for help with house repairs but several questions would usually have to be answered - such as what income level is father in, does he qualify as a low income individual, does he have others living with him, can he afford to pay for his repairs (or any part of the charges), is he presently on any kind of government assistance programs..
Since you say your father is blind one of the best places to start would be the local Lions Club for assistance. Habitat for Humanity also has a program that helps if the person qualifies. Here are a couple of links that you might want to check out.
