My finch has laid 5 eggs till now for second time. The first time, they abandoned eggs after 10 days. Mostly they remain calm and sometimes the male fights with the female badly and runs after her everywhere in the cage. What should I do?

Young birds often act in this way. Take the male finch out and reintroduce him for the nighttime hours. Watch during the day. If the male shows aggression again, then remove him again, repeat the routine.
It looks like he female isn't finished laying and the male is still be trying to mate with her. Wait and watch them.
But it can happens if the cage is small - the female is overprotective of her eggs and the male is defending his territory.
If they are fighting they should be separated. Trying finding them new mates.
This is likely a sign that the pair is not compatible and they should be separated from each other immediately.
