I am almost 70 years old and have a bad water leak and need assistance in getting it fixed. The plummer says 1000 and I have to pay half which is 500.00. I am very upset, I am retired and don't have that kind of money. I can make payments on the other 500.00. What can I do, there is no way to flush the toilet, no way to take showers, or wash clothes, or dishes. I need help badly my nerves are shot.
