I'm a single parent. I'm a hard working mother who really needs help. I would like to find an agency that can provide assistance with material for my roof replacement. I've saved money for the labor. I just don't have the money for the material. I have to replace the whole roof.

Start a gofundme page. You can also ask Habitat for Humanity or HUD.org.
Well, I certainly commend you for saving money to go toward your repairs.
Are you sure of the cost?
Here is a site that has a formula for how to figure the cost of a new roof in your area.
There are organizations that will help but you could start your research with Google, free help with roof repairs, your zip code.
This should give you a list of agencies in your area who provide free help and/grants for repairs for eligible families.
All of these agencies will have eligibility rules/guidelines so check those out first so you know where you stand. These guidelines will mainly be about income, age, children.
Here is a link that has a list of these guidelines - check about middle of article.

There are a lot of agencies but each of these links has information that may help you.
Roofing repairs are very expensive and even though you have part of the cost the agency knows that most likely labor will most likely cost more than you have set aside.
Review the agencies that you find in your area first as there should be some local agencies that help single parent families.
You might also contact local roofers to see if they might be receptive to taking your saved money as a down payment and offer financing on the balance.
If you are using any government entitlement programs (Medicaid, Food stamps) you will have a much easier time getting help as they will already have information in the system about your family situation.
This list is just general links to agencies that offer help in certain situations.
