I have a wonderful seeing machine, and am willing to sew masks to donate, but I really need supplies. I don't have the money to buy fabric and unable to get out due to foot surgery. Any suggestions on finding donations would be appreciated!

Advertise on social media outlets like: facebook, insta -gram ,twitter, freecycle, craig's list etc. these sites reach a lot of people. Some sites are even offering work to people who would make mask or volunteer services to make mask. With so many on line now, maybe help will come to you!
Shop your drawers and closets for gently worn cotton and jersey like tee shirts. That is what we are going to be using!
My church has started using light weight or worn flannel sheets & pillow cases and these are working out really nice. We usually use 2 kinds of material.
Mostly we are calling friends and asking for anything donations.
You need to make a list of what type of material you wish to use.
Have them leave it on your porch or you pick it up from their porch.
We just have them leave it at the church in a specified place.
Some of local small stores and places like Circle K service stations have let us put up flyers and we take several masks for them to give away (the stores furnish the employees their masks).
This is the time you have to think 'outside the box' as normal answers do not apply.
Joanns has a program right now for Take & Make masks where you would take fabric/supplies home and sew masks then bring it back for Joanns to donate.
You could read more information :
You could ask family, friends if they have any fabric. Spread the information on Facebook & NextDoor.
Absolutely contact quilters. Quilters always have tons of fabric onhand.
You should google a local quilt guild group
You can search in this link www.quiltguilds.com/
I would also try facebook or craigslist
You might also use old clothes
I would make a post on Nextdoor.com in your local area. Neighbours are always willing to help drop fabrics off for cases like yours.
