There may be some tires listed on your local Craigslist or Freecycle but finding the size you need may be difficult.

• If there is sufficient reason as to why you cannot afford to buy your tires you may be able to ask for help at an area church.

• Tires come in many sizes so maybe you would have better luck with a "wanted" ad in your local papers like Craigslist, Freecycle or Next Door so you can specify what size you need.
• I do not know of any "charity" that provides free tires for individuals.
• Any tires you receive would probably have to be installed yourself as most tire facilities will not put used tires (other than there own) on someone's vehicle as most states have made the shops responsible if there is a "problem" occurrence with a tire they installed.

The easiest way is to put a want ad in Freecycle.
