Freecycle, Craigslist, tire store, auto body repair shop, junkyard.
Useable free tires may be hard to come by, however there are some options where you can try to get them for a low cost:
- Craigslist under free section, or post wanted
- NextDoor website
- Ask neighbors, friends
- You can check with smaller tire shops if they have any for free or cheap

I would try looking at a junkyard, if possible. I might also look on freecycle.com and put up a request. Someone might have some they were never able to use.

put a wanted - free ad on craigslist or look through the Free craigslist ads
also facebook groups are good to find free stuff
If you are planning on driving on them, free tires are usually a disaster waiting to happen. I speak from personal experience, so safety first please!!
If you are looking for them for a craft project or such, you can ask at a gas station or junk yard if they have anything you can take. Some will, some won't.
You can always ask friends and family to see what they have laying around.
