Is there any help after a fire has damaged property that has no insurance? I am a single father of three who desperately needs help to clean up the smoke damage.

Contact HUD.org, local churches and your local department of social services.
Prayers for you and your family!
You may want to set up or have a friend set you up a go fund me account to help you get through this time:
They work and people can be quite generous.
There are solutions and products for cleaning things yourself on line--like this wiki...you could enlist the help of family and friends to assist...

If you belong to a religious organization you could see if they have any funds that could be used to help you...or they may have volunteers who could help with the clean up process itself.
Also check with your local Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions, Elks, if you are a veteran, VFWs, and such groups. They often work with micro charities (meaning helping people one on one). Ask!!
Sending up lots and of prayers for you all!!
You may be able to get help from your local Shriner's club as they will many times help where the health and safety of children are concerned.
You will have to be ready to provide all income sources as well as what you have done to personally help alleviate your present situation.
