I have a zebra needlepoint by Leewards and I can't find any info on it. I want to do the kit. I have the picture of it but not the instructions. Does anyone know where I can get them?
If you would like to make two, and this is the same pattern (1975), here is an ebay listing ($18) that includes the instructions. Or you could complete one kit and then re-bundle the instructions with the other and possibly re-sell it.
Any of the Lee Wards pieces are very difficult to find and if one is found it is usually high price.
The only one that I could find is on Etsy and it is $18 for the full kit which is not a bad price considering that it probably that much or more originally. Not such a good buy when you only need instructions.
It's possible the seller would photo copy it for you - for a price - no harm in asking.

I have links below to sewing forums and these people can sometimes help you find things like this. Don't worry about old posts as these sites are up to date with helping people.

This 1975 needlepoint pattern "Zebra" , will have details in this complete library collection book, found online - www.etsy.com/
There are 3 volumes of Lee Wards hardback books available on eBay and other sites but it is my understanding these books contain a lot of pictures but deal mainly with teaching how to do different types of sewing - tips and tricks.
My friend is having a baby and wants this poem in a needlepoint as it is pinned on pinterest. Here is the link https://www.pinterest.com/pin/524880531542181673/
Here is the poem
Let Me Sit With My Baby
Let me sit with my baby
And play for a while,
And forget all
my unfinished work
with a smile,
For every tomorrow
holds work to be done,
But lullaby moments
and peek-a-boo fun
Are life's tender treasures
meant just for today,
For babies grow up. . .
and the years
slip away.
Can anybody help me?
My Dad does needle point, Jane, and once told me about a software which can take anything, including a photograph, and turn it into a pattern. If you have time to look online ....
Hello !
I think the poem is written using the police "Comic Sans MS" in upper case for the title. You can type the poem using this police and then make it the size you need. You can print it and transfer it with carbon paper on the material. This police is available even with Windows notebook.
