I am looking for replacement gaskets for my canisters. The size is 5 od x 3 id. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you find one? I have found nice gaskets dirt cheap at Home Depot and Lowes. I take my broken one and the lovely staff helps me find what I need!!
