I have 2 crystal decanters and the plastic stoppers around the tops are cracked. It would be a shame to throw out such pretty decanters. I am desperately searching to buy the plastic stoppers. Please guide me as to where? I have had no luck on line. Thanks.

I do not believe that most decanters use these so you may have a difficult time finding replacements.
My first suggestion would be to visit a higher end liquor store and see if they have any idea where to find these or if they have any other ideas.
Second suggestion would be to visit some of your higher end department stores and look at their decanters and notice what might be available that you could improvise.
Third suggestion: have you tried gluing/repairing the broken ones?
Fourth suggestion: maybe as a last resort - place a thin rubber band around stopper just to hold in place or place tooth picks around sides of stoppers (when no wine is in decanter).
Since stoppers are probably loose, this would at least let you display the decanters without dropping/breaking/chipping the stoppers if bottle is picked up.
I'm pretty sure Wish has them. Finding them on the site isn't really easy but I think that they are there. I'm going to try wine makers store also

My bottle of olive oil has similar. Check with some of the products in the grocery store--maybe you can find some on another product that you can use.
Ask at a small friendly antique shop for advice. Could a baby's plastic bottle or a small pop bottle be cut down to size?
I used a silicone baby bottle nipple on a glass stopper for a vintage oil/vinegar decanter. Cut of the tip end to allow the nipple so it would stretch more easily. Used the thicker base of the nipple to pull it onto the stopper.
A really good licquor store or antique shop would most likely have these. You may even find a decanter you like better!
You can make your own or find appropriate ones on glassware in thrift stores. To make your own use polymer clay. I would recommend the clay that remains a bit flexible so that it would make a tighter fit. The regular polymer clay would work as well. Just fashion a stopper to fit, follow the instructions on the clay package for baking time, and enjoy.
Automotive seals provide a good supply of replacement stock as well. I have found the rubber brake caliper slide bushings from a late '80s to mid '90s Chevy Cavalier can be modified and work great as a replacement seal broken cork or plastic seals.
I have the same problem. I came close to something working with hookah seals. They stretched out and fit on the topper, but the seal was a little lacking.
