Removing lumber is hard work and requires expensive equipment. Most people have to pay. You could try posting an ad on the Facebook Marketplace or on Craigslist offering the lumber in exchange for clearing your land.
a safe bet would be a small operator, even just a person with a small sawmill. Many people in the mountains have their own sawmills and maybe contacting a person who has bought land and wants to build their own home would be a way to go
you could try to contact local real estate agents who have sold land and see if they know of a recent landowner interested in this
or you could go to a local hardware store to see if they know of anyone
aside from that just put up a craigslist ad
I see ads on nextdoor.com where negotiate jobs like this. Perhaps you can find a barter or deal that would work for you on that site. Best of luck! Post back how you work it out.
