Where can I find a company to repair a valuable figurine? The paint burned off in a fire. It is one of three figurines.

I would ask the insurance company. You need special people to do that.
There are companies like this one that do this kind of work (although I have never used them) louisvilleantiquerestoration.com/
If you have insurance, perhaps the agent has a local vendor. Also the agent can tell you what happens if the restoration does not work--meaning if you can claim the damage.
So sorry for your losses. Sending up prayers!
I seems like you are saying this is one of three - a set - and are all three damaged or just one? Just curious about that.
If your insurance company is going to pay to have these restored then you should discuss it with them as they may have someone they usually use or they may require 2 or 3 estimates if the repair is a high figure.
But even if these are not covered by your insurance, they may have someone they can recommend - maybe even someone in your immediate area.
If you have some large jewelry stores in your area you should contact them as many of these do restoration of jewelry and may also do other items.
Here is a link that might help you find a repair service but you can Google ceramic figurine repair with your zip code, you may find one in your area.
