In the past I have noticed some of the more prominent craft stores have a variety of music boxes of different size and tune. If you have one near by check a Michaels or a Hobby Lobby. You can also order music boxes online from "craft" type websites.
I have seen them at A.C. Moore. I have even seen them at our Super Walmart.

If I remember correctly this is a song from the Walt Disney entertainment empire. Just a long shot, but do some internet searching on Disney Land (California) or Disney World (Florida)!
