When you say you 'just have the money to fix it" do you mean you have money for the glass or ?
Do you just need help getting the new window installed?
You might also contact Habitat for Humanity in your area to see if they can help you.
Also, place a short help needed ad in your local Nextdoor.com and one of your neighbors may be able to help.
