Truthfully, not too many dentists will accept payments after the work is done but there are some who will let you pay upfront and will sometimes do the work after you have (faithfully) paid at least half of the total cost.
I would suggest that you Google your question - dentists who accept payments -with your zip code and try to find one this way.

Here are a couple of sites that offer to accept payments - just enter your zip code and go from there:

I had to use Care Credit for payment plans when I got laid off:

You can try filling out this form to see who can be of assistance in your area:

Write in the comment box you need payment plans.

Most dentists will work with you. If you are lucky enough to live near a dental school, go there. The students are carefully supervised, and it will cost very little.

Many dentist contract with a billing company that basically loans the money upfront, then you pay them back. Call around to your local area dentist and ask them if any do this. Or, try carecard.

Do not know where you live, I am in Omaha, N.E and they always have a ad on t.v for Aspen Dental that says no insurance, no problem we take payments.

My dentist allowed a payment plan but only for a month or two only without interest. You can ask your current dentist if they offer a payment plan option.

Or call around from Yelp perhaps. Good luck!
