Unfortunately I don't have a picture! But I have a very clear memory of what she looked like, and I will try to describe it best I can.
This Pegasus plush stuffie was probably from around 2003-2006. It was pretty small, 5-6 inches in length, and four-legged, not sitting on its hind legs like a teddy bear. It was white, with its wings, inner ears, and limb tips (hooves) being baby pink. It had two strips of extra fuzz as a mane and a tail; I'm not sure what exact material this was because I only remember it being very dryer-damaged, but while dryer damaged it was like rolled up wool in the shape of a mohawk. Its eyes were small simple black bead eyes.

1. wings, ears, hooves are baby pink
2. face shape is different, much simpler
3. wings are larger
4. eyes have no color, just black

I would try contacting the Aurora Toy Company.
There are several companies that make these toys (Aurora, Hasbro, Disney) - all are similar but still have differences. Most of these have had very few changes over the years but then any change makes it "different" from the toy you are looking for.
It will be difficult to find an exact toy but you did not say if you are wanting to buy or ??
You will have to research on Google (as you have been doing) as well as eBay and Etsy as these will probably be the only sites that may have a vintage or preowned toy.
You can narrow your search by adding vintage or preowned or used or you will usually find mostly new toys.
Since you do not have pictures you may be the only one that would really recognize it when listed for sale.
Just as information - many people do not know the difference in a Pegasus and a Unicorn.
All of these species are a different type of a horse hybrid.
Unicorns: these are the horses with a horn on their heads like a Rino
Pegasus: this is the type of horse with wings which can be both bat like wings or feathered wings
Alicorn; this is the type of horse that is both part Pegasus part unicorn.
