I would discuss it with the vet. Maybe they would take payments. Another route would be to contact the ASPCA or the Humane Society

I know it's been awhile since you posted this question but I was in a similar situation and wanted to share my experience.
When I couldn't afford a vet they accepted something called Care Credit and I was able to make payments. It's easy to qualify for, and you can apply online. Logue's TLC Pet Hospital in Richmond IN takes Care Credit. I hope your baby feels better soon.
