You don't say what city you are in, so I can give you some general pointers.
First, call your local humane society or animal shelter and ASK! Some have just this service in their facilities and they can set you up. Others have lists that they can give you based on what part of town you live and what type of animal needs the care.
You can find a number of online services that say they help with financing pet care...but....BE SURE TO SHOP CAREFULLY with any site or service (other than the vet approved ones) look OK on the outside but have high interest rates and crazy terms that will be worse in the end than if you just asked the vet to pay a little at a time.
I have had friends set up Go Fund Me accounts for their animal care and I know people are VERY, VERY generous when they know a pet is in need. It is pretty easy to set up and if you have social media like Facebook you can link up the two and get money to start coming in fast! www.gofundme.com/
