Is there an electric blanket made for the California king mattress? The Cal king mattress is 4" longer than the standard king mattress. Sunbeam only refers to the king size blanket (100" x 90"). It seems to me the regular king blanket would be too short for the Cal king.

Yes, I was able to type on Google search bar california king electric blanket and you get many results:
There are not a lot of different ones available but the one advertised at Bed, Bath & Beyond looks good.
The size given is 108x90 and cost is $199.00.

There are a couple advertised on Amazon but you would have to be very careful because most of the ads do not state a size.
This one shows 108x90 (also $199) and weighs 11 pounds.

The problem I see is it looks like the same blanket being sold by another seller states measurements at 101x90 and weight 10.1 pounds.
Macy's also has several listed with good measurements but their prices are almost double over Bed,Bath & Beyond ($250-600).
I would recommend trying to find a cover for your blanket that could be laundered when necessary.
The first blanket also has a cover included.
You are right the regular king size will not fit your bed. We had to find a larger blanket for a bed for my granddaughter and the only place we could find this was at Bed Bath and Beyond.
