Finding the Name of an Old Horror Movie?

I need the name of the scariest horror I have ever watched, and to make things worse I was a kid and watched it in a hospital. I remember a man in a black suit and hat walking up a path to a house (think he was the devil) chainsaws in a garage going off, and I think someone was locked in the car.

Also a glass of water with a black thing in it and a pit to hell with fire.

It had a short big build woman in it with a squeaky voice.

Think something happened with puddles and reflections also
