It was about a guy and his girlfriend who had to save a little girl in his family from something under her bed. The only way to save her is to go to the bed and leave a certain number of blood relatives and leave them and let the thing grab the person and pull them under the bed. The only scene I remember is where the grandma, who can't speak and is a wheelchair, is left by the dude and girlfriend in the little girl's room to get pulled under the bed and killed and or maybe eaten.

It sounds like an old Twilight Zone episode.
If the movie is very old I think it was a Twilight Zone file that they had back then. I remember watching a lot of them and they were great.
