OMG!! So cool!! I think this is a flour and sugar bin baking table! I have never seen one in the wild! Read about them! Never got to see one other than in old advertisements.
I suggest finding a good antique dealer and getting them to value it for you! It could be desirable in the right market, even with the condition issues. I am thinking this is much more suitable for a real auction vs selling on your own. Someone is going to love this piece!!
