You need to know who made this piece. Look under, behind or in a drawer. The condition is poor, and that will affect the value.

Hi and thanks for sharing really cool art deco vanity.

This is an amazing piece and I just went through this with a friend last summer--she had almost this same piece. Her's had had a little stool that went with it.

We tried to sell it all summer and could--literally--not give it away. No matter what the piece (as low as $25, no one wanted it). She was devastated as it was her grandmothers.

She finally donated it to a local charity shop and it still is sitting there last time I looked.

I find this heartbreaking, because they are sturdy pieces and so attractive, but they are "brown" furniture and at least where I am, unless it is Mid Century Modern (which is really more 1960s) people don't want it.

I peg this piece at around 1940-42.

Now, if you are in a place where art deco furniture is hot (I am told there are still buyers in Europe) you may fetch a few hundred dollars for it (although that would be if you had the stool/or chair that it came with). Yours looks well loved, which may also drop a few dollars off the final price.
