I have a Fitbit that is just under 1 year old. It's the one you take out of the wrist band and put it on a charger. I can't get it to charge anymore. I cleaned the charging ports like they recommend. Does anyone have any other tips to try? Thanks for your help!

Have you tried plugging it in to different USB port? Also, try plugging in your fitbit, then hold down the button for about 12 seconds, that does a hard restart that may help.
