What happens if I add too much marshmallow creme to the recipe?

You mean there is a thing as too much marshmallow creme in fudge???
Sorry. That is meant to be funny! Seriously, fudge is one of the most scientific things you can make and you have to follow the directions exactly or it doesn't set up or it gets grainy. I think too much marshmallow will make it not set up.
The thing is, if it doesn't set up right, it makes a great spread for apples, vanilla wafers, other cookies, or topping for ice cream. A few years ago, I had a fudge fail which made the best ice cream topping ever...I used to fail it often just to have the topping!!
Wishing you happy baking! Post back what happens with your efforts!
You can re-melt it and add more hard chocolate. It seems that the problem is your fudge is too soft.
I agree with Pghgirl - start over and use your failure for toppings.
Be very sure you follow directions for making fudge exactly as it is very finicky.
This is one thing that if it says to have an ingredient "lukewarm" then it really needs to be lukewarm.
Hope your next batch is delicious..
