Do I add kosher salt to fix adding to much sugar to brine? If so, how much?

Brine is used for all sorts of food and with most food, adding a pinch of kosher salt at a time is usually recommended for fixing when too much sugar was added. I have also used sea salt with good results.
Here is a link that has a lot of information about how to brine and what to or not to brine.

You could try adding lemon juice. Add a little at a time until you like the taste.
I would do vinegar and salt to balance it out. Taste it until the sweetness has subsided enough.
