I have a shirt with a huge print and after going through the laundry, the white parts of the print turned green. Does anyone know how I can remove this and not ruin the print of the shirt? Thanks.

Removing dye
Step 1
Fill a 5 gallon bucket with hot water
Step 2
Add 2 T each hydrogen peroxide and powdered dishwasher detergent
Step 3
Soak overnight
Step 4
Wash as usual in the morning.
Color run can usually be corrected but is more difficult if the garment has been dried.
Step 1
First - check the material content of your shirt to be sure whatever method you try will be suitable for that material.
Step 2
Usually color run can be corrected with a soaking of Clorox Alternative bleach or all color Clorox (not regular Clorox bleach).
Step 3
You may prefer to use one of the color run products that are made for this problem.
Step 4
There are several to choose from and most can be found at big box stores, craft stores or on line (Amazon, Walmart, eBay).
Some names: Carbona® Color Run Remover, RIT Dye Fixative.
Here is a good link with precise easy instructions on how to do this.
