I was making peanut butter fudge and mistakenly added the peanut butter to the sugar, milk and butter as it was cooking, I cooked it to 234 degrees F as per instructions, then added the vanilla and marshmallow crème. It did not set up and has the consistency of a thick paste. Is there anything I can do to save it?

You can try to reheat it, adding just a little milk & slowly bring it back to a boil & it should set firmer after it's been cooled in the refrigerator. I'd also try adding powdered sugar to your peanut butter fudge to thicken it. If it's still not thickening up, you could use it for frosting for a cake or an ice cream topping. Here's more info on T/F for peanut butter fudge:

I hope your fudge tasted good
Try this: add some Icing/powdered sugar to the fudge and stir it through at high temperature. Then put the mixture in a fridge.
It is so disappointing for this happen.
It is good that you know what you did wrong, so now you can count on having a good batch next time.
Should something like this ever happen again, you can always use the mixture on ice cream or even to flavor milk.
Let us know if you found a way to save your batch, as the solution may help when someone else has a similar problem.
