My daughter convinced me to let her dye her beautiful brown hair. After going to the salon, and spending $100 mind you, it's very red/pink toned and they dyed her eyebrows too which now look pink! She originally asked for a burgundy color. She's miserable, crying and had too go to school with pinkish hair! Can I box dye it? I cannot afford another $100!

Definitely take her back to the salon and show them the results and have the salon fix it. I recently had a horrible salon experience and I didn't want to go back since it was something fixable (in your case, it'd cost more money to fix), and the owner reached out to me and gave me a haircut/shampoo complimentary.
You and your daughter should return to the salon and complain about the results. The salon manager should agree to try to fix the problems, no charge.
You need to go back. You will be doing the owner a favor by giving them a chance to fix the job. No reputable business owner wants an unhappy customer!
This happened to my granddaughter and the salon redid her hair for free. They have to guarantee the result of the dye. The problem with my granddaughter is the dye washed out in 2 shampoos.
I call the salon and make an appointment for them to dye her hair again the right color.
You can box dye it a darker color is easier to use.
The salon should fix it for free you paid and they screwed it up,it is up to them to fix it.
