I have not replaced doll legs for many years but I do remember placing the leg joint in very hot water and popping it back in place.
Just have no idea if this is the same type but it should not damage the leg even if it does not fix it.
Just the leg joint is all you need to place in hot water as it reduces the size just enough to let it slip back in.
I also found this on ThriftyFun so check this out just in case it will work for this doll.

it works
Putting the leg in hot water for 5sec really work thank you so much my girl is very happy that her doll is fix... Great stuff
The hot water doesnt reduce the size or the hole, it heats the plastic enough to make it soft enough to flex and let the ball to enter the leg.
It did not work is there any ather way
It really works thank you
Hi this worked thanks to you
Hi this worked thanks to you
Um have you done it before
Hi have u tried it on a ballerina doll because I want to know if it works for that too
If it is constructed similarly to Barbies and other plastic dolls, it will probably work well. It is certainly worth trying.
That k you so much for you advice! I worked like a charm! My little sister stoped crying!
It did not work
I tried helping my sister fix the doll, and it worked! Tysm :)
Yes
No it doesn't! That doesn't properly put the leg back on at all!!
Thank you so much
Thanks everyone for the tips! Boiling water was the solution. Popped right back into place! One happy little 5 yrs old!!
Thanks for sharing!! That is awesome news!!
Great - that what we like to hear!
My barbies leg is not fixed but its ok its a girl Barbie not a Ken good idea though!!
It did not work but we are still trying my sister is really sad I hope you can come up with a better way
It should work, if the legs are constructed the same way.
Have no idea without ripping a Barbie leg off. My 5 yr old granddaughter might be opposed to that! I submitted the picture in Hope's someone might know that answer. It's just a ball and socket.
I liked this video for repair how tos:
If it is not too missing any pieces this should help fix him!
Post back how it goes!
It went on the second I put it close to attachment
I am trying right now your idea because my ken doll leg is broken so i needed to try and fix the legs and I will remove them and try to put them on after 5 min.
It worked!
Thank you it really worked and by the way you do not have to boil water just put the doll in a bucket of hot water for like a minute to two minutes and then it really works thank you so much
Just tried this and it totally worked. So glad I found this thread!
Yes!!! Just did it and it works!! I let hot water run on the joint for a couple of seconds and pop the leg right in.

I heated water in a mug for two minutes, placed the Ken dolls leg in it for a minute and the leg popped right back on! My little girl is so happy! Thanks for the trick! It worked!
