This is a hint or tip my Mom taught me years ago:
When you are cooking any and all food dishes, always add a teaspoon of sugar. It enhances the spices and flavors of what you are making; as does salt to any sweet recipes you are about to make. A teaspoon of salt to each sweet dessert enhances all the flavors of what you are baking. I've tried it and it works. Mothers are never wrong, right?
