I keep bananas on hand and sometimes they get too ripe for us to enjoy. I don't throw them out. I either freeze them to use later or make these delicious cookies that are gluten free. They make a great snack especially when you are craving sweets or chocolate.
They are good right out of the oven (after cooling a little) or you can eat them at room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen. To be able to control myself, I have to freeze them.
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes

I took one of these out of the freezer and put some ice cream on it. It tasted like a Nutty Buddy, my favorite ice cream cone!!
